late surprises

my teammate celebrated her birthday last week. quietly. which was weird, for us people who love to use any excuse to eat and celebrate.

and so, i am not an avid fan of this age-old saying... better late than never, we celebrated her B-day 5 days later, hahaha.

this just got me thinking now... if I got what I'm supposed to get at a time past or earlier than when I was meant to have it, will it be the same? will it still count?

or is timing really everything?

if so, i need a watch.
